How it works

How Bulk Orders Work

  1. Request your quote

Tell us what you're ordering, how many items and when you need them.

  2. Meet your account manager

We recommend blanks and a decoration method that fit your logo, budget and deadline.

  3. Approve your free mockup

See your design on the garments and request unlimited revisions until it's right.

  4. We produce, you pick up or we ship

Pick up at our Longwood warehouse or have your order shipped anywhere in the US.

Wholesale custom apparel from BizzyStitchn is built for brands, resellers, schools, companies and event organizers ordering branded apparel by the hundred or on a schedule. We supply quality blanks and decorate them with embroidery, DTF or, for 100+ pieces, screen printing, then ship anywhere in the US. Request a bulk quote for 100+ pieces and you'll get a dedicated account manager and a free digital mockup to approve before anything is produced, and the one-time setup fees are stated up front. Bulk Pricing: How Volume Lowers Your Cost per Piece

Volume lowers cost per piece in two ways. First, one-time setup fees get spread across more garments. Second, some methods simply get more efficient as the run grows. Both setup fees are one-time per design, so they're never charged again on reorders, or when the same design goes on hats, youth sizes or other garments. Only a changed design needs new setup. Here's what setup alone adds per piece on a first order:

Quantity Two-color screen print (100+ pieces, setup quoted) Embroidered logo ($35 digitizing once) DTF
24 pieces Not offered under 100 (DTF instead) about $1.46 each no setup fee
100 pieces Quoted with your order 35 cents each no setup fee
250 pieces Quoted with your order 14 cents each no setup fee
Reorder, same design $0 (one-time per design) $0 (one-time per design) no setup fee

Garment prices are listed on each product page; the decoration, the number of colors or stitches and the number of placements make up the rest. The rule of thumb: bulk screen printing wins when hundreds of pieces share one design with a few colors. DTF wins on full-color art and short runs, because there's nothing to set up. Ordering a handful of samples first? That's what our no-minimum custom apparel collection is for. Reselling decorated apparel or running a recurring program? Ask us about wholesale and reseller pricing when you request a quote.

Private Label: Neck Prints, Relabeling and Hang Tags

Private-label apparel is branded with your name, not the blank maker's. The cleanest way to do that on decorated blanks is a tagless inside-neck print with your logo, size and care details, applied with the same methods as the front design. It won't itch, and it can't be cut out and lost, though neck prints aren't a service we offer.

Relabeling has rules. If the original label comes out, the FTC expects the replacement to keep the required fiber content and country of origin, and to carry your company name or RN number. Our guide to clothing label requirements walks through every line. Want the blank maker's label removed and replaced? We don't relabel, so plan that with your label supplier. Hang tags and sewn-in woven labels come from specialty label suppliers. Building a line from scratch? Start with our clothing brand launch guide.

Blanks Bought Wholesale, Decorated for You

We're a decorator, not a cut-and-sew factory and not a blank wholesaler. We source the garments, decorate them and ship them finished. That's the faster, lower-risk path for most brands, since you skip pattern-making and factory minimums. If you need an original garment sewn from raw fabric, read our explainer on manufacturer vs. decorator first.

The blank drives the result as much as the print. For bulk custom t-shirts, a 4.2–4.5 oz ring-spun or tri-blend tee feels retail-ready, while a heavier 5.3–6 oz cotton tee is the workhorse for events and crews. Branded polos, caps, quarter-zips and fleece are where embroidery at volume earns its keep: one digitized file, stitched the same way on every piece.

Managing Large Orders: Size Breakdowns, Name Personalization and Split Shipping

Big orders rarely go wrong in production. They go wrong in the spreadsheet.

  • Size breakdown. Collect real sizes instead of guessing. Unisex tees, women's cuts and youth sizes fit differently, so list the cut beside each size.
  • Name personalization. For personalized names or numbers, send one roster file with a row per garment: name exactly as printed, number, size, cut and destination. Check every spelling before you approve.
  • Multiple destinations. Tell us every ship-to address in your quote request, and we'll confirm shipping options and cost before you approve. Orlando-metro customers can pick up finished orders at our Orlando-area warehouse instead.
  • Event deadlines. Rush orders are available for a fee quoted with your order; tell us your in-hand date and we'll confirm it before you approve.

Consistent Quality at Scale

Repeat orders should match the first run. A few habits keep branded apparel consistent:

  • Lock the blank. Reorder the same style and color code. Different brands' "navy" can look like different colors side by side.
  • Expect dye lots. Even one style can shift slightly between dye lots, so order a few spares for staff who join later.
  • Share color references. Include Pantone (PMS) colors with your artwork, so inks and thread are matched as closely as possible (exactly on screen-print orders).
  • Treat the mockup as the spec. The approved mockup records placement, size and colors for every future reorder.
  • Reuse the stitch file. Your embroidery file stays downloadable in your account, so every branded reorder stitches the same way, with no new setup fee.

Bulk Order Form and Quote Requests

A complete quote request gets an accurate answer the first time. Treat this as your order form checklist:

  1. Garment style, color and brand preference
  2. Quantity per size and cut
  3. Artwork files (SVG or PDF best, or a high-resolution PNG or JPG; AI and EPS files can be sent with a bulk quote)
  4. Placements and approximate sizes (left chest, full front, back, sleeve, cap front)
  5. Decoration method, or ask us to recommend one
  6. Personalized names or numbers, as a roster file
  7. Private-label plans (labels and neck prints come from a label supplier)
  8. In-hands date and every ship-to address

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a bulk order?

There's no official line where an order becomes custom apparel wholesale, and no minimum either, though 100+ pieces qualify for a bulk quote. That 100-piece mark is where screen printing opens up and setup-fee spreading starts to pay off. Ordering 6 or 600, the $35 embroidery fee and free DTF setup stay the same, and 100+ piece orders add screen printing and a free mockup from our team.

Do you offer private label services?

No. A tagless inside-neck print with your logo, size and care details is the finish most new brands need, but we don't offer neck prints. We don't remove original labels or relabel either. If labels come out, US rules require the replacement to keep fiber content and country of origin. We don't sew in woven labels.

Can you split-ship bulk orders to multiple locations?

List every destination in your quote request, and we'll confirm the shipping options and cost before you approve. Every order can ship anywhere in the US, and Orlando-area customers can pick up finished orders at our warehouse instead. A roster file with a destination column keeps multi-location orders sorted correctly.

How do I avoid common bulk-order mistakes?

Collect real sizes and cuts instead of guessing, proofread every name and date on the mockup, and lock in the exact blank style and color for future reorders. Give yourself room before the event date, since gathering sizes usually takes longest. Order a few spares in the most common sizes for latecomers.

Which providers can handle custom apparel at scale?

Look for a decorator that offers several methods in-house, shows fees before you order, provides a proof for approval, keeps your design files for reorders and can manage size breakdowns and personalized names. For wholesale custom apparel, also ask how they keep colors consistent across repeat branded runs. Our checklist approach above covers each point.

Do you sell blank apparel wholesale?

No. We're not a blank distributor. Plain blanks of most styles can be added to the cart from their product pages, but our bulk pricing, account managers and quotes are built around decorated orders, and we decorate only the blanks we supply rather than garments customers send in. If you're searching for custom wholesale clothing, we handle the whole job: sourcing the blank, decorating it and shipping it finished.

Your brand. Beautifully made.
