Polos, Quarter-Zips and Jackets for the Office

Most corporate wardrobes are built on four pieces. Embroidered business polos in a moisture-wicking polyester or cotton-poly piqué are the everyday staple, and in Central Florida a performance polo stays presentable through a humid afternoon far better than heavy cotton. Quarter-zip pullovers layer over a polo for air-conditioned offices and client meetings. Soft-shell and lightweight jackets carry the logo through cooler months and travel. Button-up shirts with a small chest logo cover client-facing roles that need something dressier. Round it out with company logo hats for outdoor events and field visits.

Logo Apparel by Role: Sales, Events and Front Desk

One shirt rarely suits the whole company. Match the garment to the job:

  • Front desk and reception: polos or button-ups with a left-chest logo about 3.5–4 in. wide, in neutral colors that work every day.
  • Sales and account managers: quarter-zips and jackets with tone-on-tone embroidery that looks sharp in a meeting.
  • Event and trade-show staff: bright tees or performance polos with a large back print, readable across a booth, plus matching caps.
  • Leadership and client gifts: premium layers such as fleece vests or knit sweaters with a subtle logo.
  • Field and service teams: durable shirts, hi-vis tops and branded caps; see our workwear and uniforms for crews.

Branded apparel only builds recognition if people wear it, so let staff choose between two or three approved styles in a consistent color palette.

Stitch or Print? Choosing a Logo Method

Embroidery is the default for corporate clothing: it looks premium on polos, caps, quarter-zips and jackets and survives years of commercial laundering. It carries a one-time $35 digitizing fee per design, and once it's paid you can download the stitch file from your account and reuse it on every future order without paying the fee again. Fine details such as taglines under about 1/4 in. tall don't stitch cleanly, so many brands keep a simplified version of the logo for thread. See how logo embroidery handles different garments.

Screen printing is the value choice for runs of 100+ event tees with one to four colors, handled by our team; setup is quoted with your order, charged once per design, so reorders skip it. DTF prints full-color logos and gradients with no setup fee, ideal for small orders. Sublimation suits light-colored polyester performance shirts for outdoor events, though we don't offer it; our DTF prints work on polyester in any color. Before you commit, our logo design tips for apparel explain how to adapt a logo for fabric.

Corporate Merchandise and Branded New-Hire Kits

A welcome kit tells a new hire they belong before day one. A practical kit might include a branded tee, a quarter-zip or hoodie, a cap and a tote, in the employee's size and personalized with their name if you like. Because there's no minimum and your digitized logo stays on file, you can reorder single pieces as people join instead of guessing sizes for a year's worth of hires. For giveaways, conference swag and client gifts beyond apparel, see our promotional merch and swag.

Small Business Apparel Without Big Minimums

Many corporate suppliers start at 12, 24 or 48 pieces per style. We don't have a minimum, so a three-person landscaping company, a new dental office or a food truck can outfit the team with exactly what it needs. The setup fees stay the same whether you order three shirts or three hundred, which makes DTF the cost-effective route for very small runs and screen printing worth it once you reach 100+ pieces. You can order logo apparel with no minimum and add pieces whenever the team grows.

Women's Fits, Extended Sizes and Matching Sets

A unisex polo doesn't fit everyone. Many styles come in women's cuts with a shorter sleeve, shaped body and open or shorter placket, plus extended sizes in popular polos, tees and hoodies; each product page lists its size range. For a cohesive look, pair men's and women's versions of the same style in the same color with the same thread, so the team matches even when the cuts differ.

How a Company Apparel Order Works

  1. Choose styles and a size breakdown. Mix polos, quarter-zips, tees and caps in one order.
  2. Send your logo. SVG or PDF files work best, a high-resolution PNG or JPG is accepted, and AI and EPS files can be sent with a bulk quote. Include PMS colors if you have them.
  3. Approve your mockup. Check placement, size and colors on each garment.
  4. We decorate and ship. Orders go anywhere in the US, and Orlando-metro businesses can pick up at our Orlando-area warehouse instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

What apparel works best with a company logo?

Embroidered polos, quarter-zips and caps are the most popular choices because they look professional and hold up to frequent washing. For events and promotions, printed tees and hoodies give you more space for a bold design. Choose garments your staff will wear outside work too, since that's where branded apparel earns extra visibility.

Is there a minimum for custom business apparel?

No. You can order a single polo or hundreds of pieces. One-time setup fees apply per design: $35 for embroidery digitizing and nothing for DTF, while screen-print setup is quoted with a 100+ piece order. Larger orders spread those fees across more pieces, so the per-item cost drops as quantity rises, but there's no required minimum.

Can you match our brand colors (PMS)?

Send your Pantone (PMS) codes with your logo and each method gets as close as it allows. Screen-print inks on 100+ piece orders can be mixed to an exact Pantone match, embroidery uses the nearest thread shade, and DTF prints in full color, which gets close on most colors but can shift on some brights. Your mockup shows the closest options before production.

Should we embroider or print our logo on corporate clothing?

Embroider polos, caps, jackets and quarter-zips for a premium, long-lasting finish, especially for client-facing roles. Print tees, event shirts and performance wear, where a large or full-color design matters more than texture. Many companies use both: embroidered staff uniforms and printed event or giveaway shirts carrying the same logo.

Do you offer women's and extended sizes?

Yes. We carry women's cuts and extended sizes, and each product page lists its exact range. You can mix men's, women's and unisex styles and sizes in one order, all with the same logo in the same colors, so the whole team looks consistent while everyone gets a fit that works.

Can each employee's name be added?

Yes. Personalized names can be embroidered or printed under the logo, on the opposite chest or on a sleeve, which works well for front-desk staff, technicians and medical teams. Send a list with each person's name and size, and we'll lay it out in your mockup. If you're comparing suppliers, our guide on how to choose an apparel company lists the questions to ask.

Do you make custom company apparel for teams outside Orlando?

Yes. We serve businesses across the Orlando metro and ship company orders anywhere in the US. Whether you have one office or several, you can order the same styles and logo placement for everyone and add new hires later without a minimum, so the whole organization stays consistent.
