Collect names and sizes with a simple form or shared sheet, and order one or two spares in common adult sizes for late RSVPs. Orlando metro families can pick up at our Orlando-area warehouse; everyone else gets the box shipped anywhere in the US.

How far ahead should we order matching family shirts?

As early as you can. Lock the design and collect sizes as soon as the date and headcount are set, so late RSVPs don't hold up the whole order. If plans come together late, rush orders are available for a fee quoted with your order; tell us your in-hand date and we'll confirm it before you approve.

Can every shirt have a different name?

Yes. Personalized names, roles or numbers are added shirt by shirt, usually with DTF, which carries no setup fee. Send us a list with each name and size, then preview it in our 3D Custom Designer, or request a bulk quote for 100+ pieces and approve a free mockup before anything is produced. The shared design on the front can still be screen printed to keep the cost down on orders of 100+ pieces.
