Custom Shirts & T-Shirts for Every Crew, Team & Brand

Custom shirts start with the tee, so this collection does too: soft ringspun crews, heavyweight cotton, V-necks, pocket tees and long sleeves, followed by polos, button-ups and work shirts. Any of them can be embroidered or DTF printed, or screen printed on orders of 100+ pieces, with your logo, names or artwork, from one shirt to a full crew. Design it live in our 3D Custom Designer or request a bulk quote for 100+ pieces, and see the rest of our custom branded apparel when you're ready to match hats and hoodies.

T-Shirts First: Crew, V-Neck, Pocket and Long Sleeve Tees

Tees lead this collection for a reason. A t-shirt is the most affordable blank to decorate, nearly everyone will wear one, and it accepts every method we offer, from a one-color screen print to a full-color photo. Most people shopping for custom t-shirts end up choosing between four cuts:

  • Crew neck: the default for events, team shirts and branded giveaways. It handles a big front graphic, a small chest logo or both.
  • V-neck: a cleaner, slightly dressier neckline that suits staff wear and women's fits. Drop the design about an inch lower so it clears the V.
  • Pocket tee: the pocket gives a small branded logo a natural home and reads as workwear. Stitch or print just above it, or keep the front simple and put the graphic on the back.
  • Long sleeve: adds a canvas down each sleeve for personalized names, dates or a slogan, and keeps the sun off your arms on outdoor jobs.

Beyond the basics you'll find premium heavyweight blanks, vintage washes, tie-dye and performance tees. A branded tee for a staff of eight and personalized shirts for a family trip start in the same place: pick the fit, then pick the decoration.

Polos, Button-Ups and Work Shirts for the Whole Crew

When a tee is too casual, move up to a collar. Branded pique and performance polos are the standard for front desks, sales teams and golf outings, and a stitched left-chest logo looks sharp at handshake distance. Button-up shirts in oxford, poplin or twill cover offices, restaurants and service techs who need something that tucks in and still looks right at 4 p.m.

The fun end of the collared range is camp-collar Hawaiian shirts and retro bowling shirts, which come in bold prints and take personalized names over the pocket and a league or crew name across the back. For field crews, durable cotton/poly work shirts with pockets and high-visibility colors for roadside and site work round out the lineup. Every collared style can carry the same branded logo as your tees, so the office, the field team and the event staff all match.

Design Online: Upload Art or Request a Bulk Quote for 100+ Pieces

There are three easy ways to start an order:

  1. Upload finished art. SVG or PDF files give the cleanest edges in any size, and AI and EPS files can be sent with a bulk quote. For photos and raster art, send a PNG at 300 dpi at the size it will print, on a transparent background so a white box doesn't print around your design.
  2. Type it out. Personalized text, such as a name, date, team number or one-line slogan in a clean font, makes a strong shirt and needs no artwork at all.
  3. Design it live or request a bulk quote. Check placement, size and color in our 3D Custom Designer, or, for 100+ pieces, send a sketch, a photo of a shirt you like or a rough logo for a free mockup.

You approve the design before anything is printed or stitched. If a detail won't reproduce well, such as hairline text in embroidery or a faint gradient on a dark shirt, we'll flag it at the mockup stage rather than after production.

Logo Tees and Branded Shirts for Businesses

A business order needs two things: a shirt staff will actually wear, and a logo that looks right on it. For everyday uniforms, a left-chest logo about 3.5 to 4 inches wide on a tee or polo is the classic choice. Add a large back print when the shirt doubles as advertising at events, on job sites or in the car line at school.

Stitched logos on custom embroidered shirts read as professional up close and hold up to repeated commercial washing. Printed logos win for big graphics, full color and lightweight tees. Crews in the field usually need more than a tee: our custom work shirts with logo options use heavier blends, pockets and reinforced seams.

Branded uniform programs run smoothest when you standardize: one or two shirt styles, one approved logo file and a fixed color palette. Reorders become simple, and a new hire's shirt matches the rest of the team. For promo giveaways and merch drops, choose a softer tee with a retail-style print; a branded shirt people like is one they keep wearing long after the event.

Team, School and League Shirts

Teams need matching shirts plus individual details. Custom team shirts cover rec leagues, company softball, departments and run clubs: one design on the front, personalized names and numbers on the back. Because every name is different, those details are usually added shirt by shirt with DTF, which has no setup fee, while the shared front design can be screen printed for the best per-shirt cost on orders of 100+ pieces.

School orders bring their own needs. Field-trip shirts in one bright color help chaperones count heads. Spirit-day tees and club shirts can mix youth and adult sizes in a single order, and graduation tees often carry every senior's name on the back. Golf teams and outing committees typically move up to performance polos with a branded chest logo and a personalized name on the sleeve.

Trips, Reunions and Parties: Personalized Group Tees

Personalized group shirts are really about the photo you'll take in them. A few things make them work:

  • Put the story on the back. Event name, place and year across the back reads in group photos; keep the front small or blank.
  • Color-code the group. Family reunions often give each branch its own shirt color with the same design, so everyone finds their people.
  • Use photos the right way. Faces, pets and memorial portraits print best with DTG or DTF, which reproduce skin tones and gradients that screen printing can't; we print them with DTF.
  • Collect sizes early. A simple form with name and size for each person saves a round of texts and a wrong-size reprint.

Personalized birthday trips, bachelorette weekends, cruise groups, holiday matching sets and charity walks all work the same way: one shared design, with each person's name or role added where it makes sense.

Stitched Logo or Printed Graphic? Choosing a Method

Every method has a job it does best. Here's how they compare on shirts:

Method Best for Fabric One-time setup Feel and durability
Embroidery Branded logos and names on polos, button-ups, workwear Pique, twill, oxford, heavier tees $35 digitizing per design Raised thread; outlasts the shirt
Screen printing 1–4 color designs on runs of 100+, through our team Cotton and cotton blends Quoted with 100+ piece orders Bright, opaque ink; very durable
DTF Full color, small runs, names and numbers Cotton, polyester and blends None Thin, flexible film; durable
DTG Photos and detailed art (not offered; we print with DTF) 100% cotton or high-cotton blends None Softest print; ink sits in the fibers
Sublimation / all-over Edge-to-edge patterns, performance tees White or light polyester Not offered by us (we print with DTF) No feel at all; dye is in the fabric

A simple rule: embroider collared shirts and anything worn to meet clients; print tees, especially large designs, photos and art with more than four colors. Embroidery on a lightweight tee can pucker, so pair stitching with a 5.3 oz or heavier tee, or keep the logo small.

For a closer look at each print method, see our custom t-shirt printing page. Our custom embroidery services page covers stitching on hats, hoodies and jackets too, and custom apparel printing explains the same methods across every garment. For a rugged look on work shirts, or a logo you can move from garment to garment, consider custom patches in embroidered, PVC or leather.

Premium, Vintage and Performance Blanks for Florida Weather

The blank matters as much as the decoration. Fabric weight is listed in ounces per square yard; higher numbers mean a thicker shirt.

  • Lightweight ringspun cotton (about 4.2 to 4.5 oz): soft, drapey and close to what you'd buy at retail. Great for retail-style branded merch and summer events.
  • Heavier cotton (about 5.3 to 6.1 oz): thicker and more structured, holds its shape through work use, and makes the best base for an embroidered tee.
  • Tri-blends (polyester, cotton and rayon): very soft with a heathered look. Prints come out slightly faded, which suits vintage-style designs.
  • Garment-dyed cotton: dyed after sewing for lived-in color and a relaxed, slightly boxy fit.
  • Performance polyester: wicks sweat and dries fast, and many styles carry a UPF rating. Decorate with DTF or embroidery (sublimation also works, though we don't offer it) rather than DTG.

Central Florida heat and humidity change the math. For outdoor festivals, races and summer job sites, choose light colors in lightweight cotton or performance fabric; save heavy, dark cotton for indoor events and cooler months. Anglers, boat crews and landscapers usually get the most wear from long sleeve sun shirts.

One Shirt or One Thousand: Pricing, Fees and Quantity Breaks

There's no minimum. You can order a single shirt, and our no-minimum custom tees collection is built for exactly that, from one-off personalized gifts to a ten-person crew.

Our one-time fees are simple. Embroidery carries a $35 digitizing fee per design; once it's paid, you can download the digitized file from your account. Screen printing, for orders of 100+ pieces through our team, has a setup fee per ink color quoted with the order. Both are one-time per design: reorders, and the same design on other shirt styles or sizes, never pay them again. DTF has no setup fee.

What moves the price per shirt:

  • The blank: weight, fabric and style, with extended sizes often costing more because the blank does.
  • The method: DTF suits small runs; screen printing, for orders of 100+ pieces, gets cheaper as quantity climbs.
  • Colors or stitches: each screen-print color adds a screen, and larger, denser logos add stitches.
  • Print locations: front, back and sleeve each count as a separate decoration.
  • Quantity: a two-color design needs two screens, set up once, and screen printing starts at 100 pieces. Spread over 100 shirts that's a modest share of each shirt; over 200 it nearly disappears.

If budget leads the decision, cheap custom shirts groups the lowest-cost blanks with bulk breaks, and our guide to what custom t-shirts cost walks through real-order scenarios. To save without looking cheap, cut ink colors before you cut shirt quality.

Men's, Women's, Youth and Big and Tall Sizing

Most tees and polos come in unisex sizing, with many styles running past 2XL and several offered in tall lengths. Unisex fits most men well and runs a little roomy on most women. Women's custom t-shirts have narrower shoulders, a shaped waist and shorter sleeves; size up if you prefer a relaxed fit. For kids, custom kids t-shirts cover youth, toddler and baby sizes, and your design is resized so it sits in proportion on a smaller chest.

To find your size, lay your best-fitting shirt flat and measure armpit to armpit for chest width, then from the top of the shoulder to the hem for body length. Compare those numbers with the size chart on the product page. Cotton can shrink slightly in a hot dryer; blends and polyester barely move.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order printed or embroidered shirts online?

Pick a shirt style and color, add your sizes, then upload your artwork to our 3D Custom Designer or request a bulk quote for 100+ pieces. You approve the design before production starts, and the finished shirts ship to your door or wait for pickup at our Orlando-area warehouse. If you're comparing shops first, our guide on how to choose a t-shirt shop covers what to ask about blanks, methods and fees.

Are your shirts made in the USA?

Most blank tees are sewn overseas, and decorating a shirt here doesn't make it Made in USA under the FTC's "all or virtually all" standard. If origin matters for your order, ask before you approve your mockup.

Is there a minimum order for printed or embroidered shirts?

No. DTF printing and embroidery can be ordered one shirt at a time; screen printing is for orders of 100+ pieces, through our team. Larger orders still make sense when you need them, because the one-time screen-print setup or embroidery digitizing ($35 per design) spreads across more shirts as the quantity grows.

How long does an order take from approval to delivery?

It depends on the method, the quantity, blank availability and the shipping distance. Tell us your in-hand date when you order, and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before anything goes into production. Rush orders are available, with the fee quoted with your order. Approving your mockup quickly is the easiest way to keep the schedule on track.

Can I mix shirt styles, colors and sizes in one order?

Yes. Mixed sizes are standard, and you can combine styles, such as branded tees for volunteers and polos for staff. On dark garments, your mockup and quote show exactly how the design prints, and a white base layer never adds to screen-print setup. DTF handles mixed shirt colors with no setup change.

Do you carry big and tall sizes?

Yes. We carry tees and polos past 2XL, up to 5XL and beyond, plus tall sizes with extra body and sleeve length. Each product's size selector shows its exact range, and we can pair styles so a matching look covers your group's full size range.

How should I wash a printed or embroidered shirt?

Turn it inside out, wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip bleach and never iron directly on a print. Embroidery is the toughest finish; prints last longest when they aren't baked in a hot dryer, which matters for personalized shirts you want to keep for years.

Your brand. Beautifully made.
